Daly of Minnesota's Fourth District and clerked at the firm Kurzman Grant & Ojala.

Alan has been an associate with Goetz and Eckland since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the area of regulatory law at a start-up telecommunications company. During law school, Alan clerked at the Minneapolis firm of Aafedt, Forde, Gray, Monson, and Hager, where he assisted in the defense of workers' compensation claims.
